Make a plan
to get moving

You’ve read about making the transition to life in the passenger seat, and learned more about the many transportation options available. Now it’s time to make your transportation plan. Having a plan will help you stay active and mobile well beyond your driving years.

How to use the plan:

  1. Click on the downward arrow in each box to see the menu of options
  2. Scroll down to the option that applies to you and click it
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with all the columns and rows
  4. When you are done, click the “Save Your Selections” button. You will be taken to a pdf of your finished plan that you can save and/or print out (click on the printer icon in the upper righthand corner).

Where do I want/need to go? How often do I go there? How far is it from my home? Do I know other people that go there? Is there another way I could get there? Comments / notes
